For me it is all about customer service. I like to be treated like a customer when I do business with people rather than being treated like an income. The other day I went to buy a lounge and naturally for a big purchase I shopped around for a good price. The problem that I had was that the lady from the cheapest store had a bad attitude so before the sale was complete I ended up walking out and drove up the road to pay a bit extra from the company across the road. I understand the value of money and saving as many dollars as I can where ever I can but to be treated like an inconvenience in somebody’s shop is really just rude. So I would rather pay a few extra dollars and be satisfied with friendly service than to pay someone a commission who did not really work for the money in the first place.

It really makes a big difference when they take their time to explain the finer details of car rental so that you know what is expected of you before you take one of their cars. So rather than being rushed out the door without any sign of customer appreciation I like to go with people you let you know they want you to return.
